Due to limited space and resources, there is an Admissions Selection Process for Grades K-8
Due to limited space and resources, enrollment in our program for Grades K–8 involves a selective admissions process. Please note that submitting an Admissions Inquiry Form does not guarantee enrollment. At this time, we have only a few spaces available in each grade.
Step 1: Admissions Inquiry Form
The process begins with parents completing our Admissions Inquiry Form. This provides us with essential information about the child, including age, grade level, academic background, extracurricular involvement, and personal goals. It also gives us the necessary contact details to schedule the next step: an admissions interview.

Step 2: Interview
The interview is a key part of our process. It allows us to connect with both the child and their family to better understand the child's interests, strengths, and areas for growth. We also use this opportunity to share our school’s values, expectations, and philosophy to ensure a strong mutual fit.

Step 3: Evaluation
Following the interview, we assess the child’s overall suitability for our program. This includes reviewing academic performance, social skills, motivation, and the family's commitment to their child's education. Our goal is to identify students who are well-prepared to thrive in our learning environment.

Step 4: Registration Application
If the child is considered a strong candidate, we invite the family to complete the full registration application. Once submitted, we conduct a final review before making an admissions decision.
Waitlist Information
In the event that your child is not selected due to limited availability, you will have the option to be placed on our waitlist for the upcoming school year only. Please note that being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot will become available. Families who are not admitted from the waitlist will need to reapply when registration opens for the following school year.
Because our selection process is competitive and we receive many applications each year, we carefully consider each candidate. We are committed to welcoming students who will benefit from our program and contribute positively to our school community. By thoughtfully selecting our students, we aim to foster a supportive and enriching educational experience for all.
In order to meet Washington State requirements, children must be 5 years old by August 31 of the upcoming school year to enroll in KG.
NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS
